DMCA Policy
Last updated: March 6, 2025
Floppy LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users of LowKeyVPN to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
Reporting Infringement
LowKeyVPN is a VPN service — we route encrypted traffic and do not host user content. We do not have the technical ability to monitor or intercept the content of VPN traffic. However, if you believe that a user of our service is infringing your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent.
A valid DMCA notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed or access disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must meet the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
